Furnace Preventative Maintenance can be done any time of year, while AC preventative maintenance can only take place when the outside temperature is 65 degrees F or above. Upon completion of preventative maintenance, our work is guaranteed for a year, if any issues do arise, our $99 dispatch fee will be waived, anything that was guaranteed under our ProTune Guarantee will be on us!

Of course we will do preventative maintenance without a comfort club membership, but we really want to save you money!

When you sign up for Comfort Club you automatically save 10 percent off of your tuneup! Regular price is $130 per unit, as a Comfort Club member you pay $108. The savings do not end there. If repairs are needed you will benefit from a ten percent discount as well on both parts and labor, this includes any filters or accessories you might be in need of!

The Kidder Heating Office Staff will call you when it is time, ensuring your maintenance is done annually and keeping all of those reasons as to WHY, valid.

You can pay monthly or all up front. We offer automatic payments that come out of your account at the end of each month. Depending on the level of service you choose, this can be as low as $18 a month. You also have the option to sign up for 1 or 2 years. If you’re new to this kind of program, we recommend signing up for a year and letting us show you that we can take care of all of your HVAC needs. We are confident your decision to renew will be easy!
