Geothermal Heat Pumps
Geothermal heat pumps use the earth's consistent temperature to provide heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
By using geothermal energy already stored in the earth, your home can be heated and cooled with exceptional efficiency.
8 to 8 Same Low Service Rate!
In addition to geothermal design and installation, we also offer service and repair for existing geothermal systems.
How Geothermal Works
When your home needs to be warmed up, the geothermal heat pump aborbs heat from the ground (which is usually about 50-55 degrees year-round in Calhoun County) with a loop system. The geothermal furnace then compresses it to a warmer temperature, giving you a comfortable home with amazing efficiency. Geothermal cooling is provided during the summer by reversing the flow through the loop system and distributing the heat from your home into the surrounding earth.
Kidder Heating & Air Conditioning carries a full line of geothermal furnaces and air conditioners.
