Let's face it, with our busy lifestyles we don't always have time to take care of things like we should. Oil changes in our car or lawn equipment gets forgotten, the new SUV doesn't get as many wax jobs as it should and what about those gutters you were going to clean out last fall?
Kidder Heating & A/C understands these pressures and has developed a plan to help remind our customers when maintenance is needed on their heating and air conditioning equipment, it's called a "Maintenance Agreement". Never again will you say "I forgot to call and have our heating or air conditioning unit serviced this season". Under the "Agreement" we call YOU to schedule an appointment for service!
Under this plan you also receive other benefits like a 15% discount on all service repairs and are never charged overtime (even on holidays - and the service call to your home is less than non-ESA customers would pay)! And you'll also receive priority service over non-service agreement customers. With the great service you'll receive from Kidder Heating & A/C you can be assured your equipment will run efficiently and will last longer too.

As an extra protection to your valuable heating or air conditioning investment, we offer extended warranties. These extra service plans add additional parts and labor coverage to the original warranty and protect you from many of the typical repair charges long after your original warranty expires. In most cases they cost just pennies per day and can be purchased at the time of your initial installation (you can even include its cost in the financing of your equipment.

If you ever have any problems with your equipment that is not repairable in the first two years, we may exercise the option to replace your unit at no charge to you. This is just one more of the ways that Kidder Heating & AC is there to stand behind our equipment (and you, our valued customer).
Did you know?
- The EPA has found indoor air to be 70 times more polluted than outdoor air
- 9 out of 10 system failures are caused by dirt and dust
- New homes can sometimes benefit from duct cleaning
Kidder Heating & AC uses a three step approach to removing the dust, pollen, dust mites and pet dander that is trapped in your duct system. We attach a powerful vacuum to your ductwork near the furnace to pull the contaminants out of your home. While the vacuum is running we insert high-pressure air with an agitation system to break up dirt and blow it to the vacuum, from each of your home's hot and cold air ducts. Call or e-mail us today for a free estimate!

In case of equipment failure, Kidder agrees to furnish all labor and materials required to replace your home's wall-mounted thermostat, should it prove to be the cause of your system's inability to heat or cool your home properly*. Should on-site repair not be an option, replacement of the thermostat with an available non-programmable model will be done at no additional fee.
This warranty applies only to your home's wall-mounted thermostat. Should the problem be unrelated to the thermostat, customary service rates will apply.
*Does NOT cover battery replacement, which is the homeowner's responsibility.
